The History Of Print
618-906; The very first printing came about in China during the T'ang Dynasty, The Diamond Sutra was the first full length book ever made complete with illustrations. Woodblock printing were used at that time, a technique that used ink on blocks to print certain images and text patterns.

1241: Korea had developed movable cast metal which was used to print the Yi Munsun Chip, an eight volume works of Yi Munsun, The Great Poet, Scholar, and Statesman Of Koreo Dynasty.
1300: China had developed their first wooden type around 1040 but left it in favour of the new clay movable types, by the 1300s, a chinese county office made 100,000 with 43 volume books.
1309: At this time europeans began printing their first paper.
1338: France opened their first ever paper mill
1390: Germany opened their first paper mill
